We raise 100% grass-fed beef on our farm from birth to processing. “100% grass-fed” means no grains are fed, just pasture grasses in the summer and harvested grass (hay) in the winter.
That single decision changes everything about the meat: a slower-growing animal, a deeper flavour, and a fat profile that reflects what actually grows in an Ontario field.
